Job Description

The Creative Coordinator, Digital Engagement will be Pizza Hut Digital?s in:house photographer, designer and social media content producer to anchor Pizza Hut?s digital content programs.


Organizations Supported:
This aspiring creative director will provide day:to:day design support, photography and art direction to Pizza Hut?s social media team. This person will also help manage Pizza Hut?s content collaboration projects, helping to identify and partner with Instagram photographers and videographers to create breakthrough (and breathtaking) work that brings the Pizza Hut digital content strategy to life. The ideal candidate is organized, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines, and comfortable with the responsibility of managing day:to:day operations within the creative team.

Job Functions:

:
Produce culturally:relevant creative assets (photography, video, copy, graphics) under the direction of the creative lead, social media and digital marketing teams

:
Identify up:and:coming creative influencers for digital content collaboration projects.

:
Provide photo editing, art production and retouching for all digital creative assets.

:
Establish and project manage digital content partnerships, ensuring all assets are on:brand

:
Support the day:to:day creative needs of the Pizza Hut Digital Team

:
Clearly communicate creative concepts and plans to social media team and agencies and ensure all assets launch flawlessly

:
Assist agencies with creative development and provide strong guidance and feedback.

:
Support social conversation strategy across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other new social platforms, finding key ways to improve fan engagement and interaction through content creation.

:
Manage traffic and day:to:day operations within the creative team to ensure all deliverables are on time.

Minimum Requirements

EDUCATION
:
:
Bachelors or Associate?s Degree (Design, Marketing)

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):
:

Expert understanding of photography, graphic design, layout and typography

:

Agency experience strongly preferred

:
Highly proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects

:
Familiar with all things digital marketing, search and social media

:
Highly active on various social platforms, comfortable with the best practices, dimensional restrictions and content guidelines across different social channels

:
Experience managing multiple projects at once

:
Dynamic and results:oriented, with positive attitude and leader mentality.

Innovator with the drive and persistence to take Pizza Hut digital engagement
